Area The village of Bream, historically known as Breem, lies in the Forest of Dean, in West Gloucestershire. Built on a ridge of high ground, the village offers great views over the Forest of Dean and in the distance, views of the Cotswolds Hills can be seen. Clearwell with its ancient caves and eeire caverns and the village of St Briavels with its castle are nearby, while further afield lies the market town of Ross-on-Wye with timbered Tudor Houses, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants.
