On the outskirts is Kentwell Hall, which has authentic re-creations of everyday life in Tudor or World War II times. The chocolate-box picturesque village of Lavenham is just 5 miles, and Sudbury is 3.5 miles, which makes this village an ideal location to explore Constable Country.
