Situated at the mouth of the River Stour in the county of Essex is the historic port town of Harwich. Adjoining the small seaside town of Dovercourt, Harwich offers a number of amenities, ranging from convenience stores to quaint harbourside restaurants, one of which is named after the famous diarist, Samuel Pepys, who was MP for the town in 1679. The town has lots of beautiful architecture to admire, as well as a golf club and golden, sandy beach to keep you occupied on your stay. Nearby is the popular seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea, hosting a beach and a pier for a quintessentially English day by the sea. For premium shopping, head to Colchester slightly further afield, or to get closer to nature, head to Dereham Vale AONB.

Listing show that there was a bath and dvd player but there was only a shower and no dvd

Being semi-disabled it was close to the car park, on arrival we had trouble with the hot water, but was resolved after a phone call, unfortunately the toilet seat and toilet roll holder were broken and one of the heaters did not work, but as the weather was good the two that worked was adequate.. The secure garden was good for the dog.
