The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for three and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a bathroom with bath and shower fixed over the top. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome, please make sure pets are declared separately to Sykes Cottages or the property owner before arrival. Please ensure dogs are kept downstairs and are not left alone in the property. Paid parking is available nearby. Please note that the property will only accept short breaks during the week commencing 31st October 2026 and 30th October 2027 at the weekly price so please enquire before booking.

At the nearby supermarket, you'll be able to fill up on necessities like milk and bread, as well as have a meal at The Snowdrop Inn or Fuego Lounge. If you're looking for more things to do and see, Brighton is just a short drive away and offers a variety of attractions and amenities. Among these are the Brighton Palace Pier and Brighton Museum Art Gallery.
