Ninfield is a thriving village in the Wealden District of East Sussex, situated roughly four miles north of Bexhill-on-Sea and approximately the same distance from the historic town of Battle. To the west is Standard Hill, which is thought to be the place that William the Conqueror set down his flag or standard after the Battle of Hastings. The often explored and unexplored areas of this part of Sussex provide visitors with a fun-filled holiday at any time of year.

Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step to the front door and one step into the property. The floor into the living area is also slightly raised with one step up.
