Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to the medieval town of Rye with its distinctive cobbled streets and fascinating architecture, the towns of Hastings and Bexhill, a whole host of stunning National Trust houses, gardens and numerous other wonderful locations. Or if you simply want to take it easy and enjoy the home-from-home comforts why not take advantage of the pub which is just a short stroll from the cottage.
