This lovingly decorated cottage is nestled in pretty surroundings close to the historic town of Battle, famed for the 1066 Battle of Hastings as well as being home to a fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, tea rooms and a wealth of ancient wonders to uncover.

Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to the medieval town of Rye with its distinctive cobbled streets and fascinating architecture, the towns of Hastings and Bexhill, a whole host of stunning National Trust houses, gardens and numerous other wonderful locations. Or if you simply want to take it easy and enjoy the home from home comforts why not take advantage of the pub which is just a short stroll from the cottage.
