Little Argham Cottage is a semi-detached cottage set on the owners' farm in East Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one twin, one with bunks and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking and a front lawned area and patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to both Filey and Bridlington, Little Argham Cottage is a superb holiday cottage for a family holiday in a beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Accomodation Details
All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single trundle bed which can be made up as 2 singles on request. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, En-suit in main bedroom. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Area
Rudston is a small village resting within the Yorkshire Wolds, 21 miles from the coastal town of Scarborough. Here, you will find the famous Rudston Monolith, which measures 7.6 meters in height, a garage, a Post Office and the Bosville Arms Country Hotel. Within close reach is the popular town of Bridlington, where you will find a stretch of beach and attractions to suit all ages and tastes.

Region
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent available from 1st October to 1st May. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned area and patio to front with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Beach 7 miles. Note: Ramp available on request. Note: Although all ground floor, there are some internal steps between rooms. Note: There is a small caravan site and storage on the owner's smallholding. Note: electric car charging is not allowed at the property.

In a lovely quiet location, the farm is very clean & tidy, as is the cottage.. Great to have an enclosed garden area for the dog with local off road walks nearby. The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything we could need and the bathrooms were immaculate. Rob was very helpful and the farm eggs were wonderful. Would certainly stay there again and happily recommend it to anyone.

The cottage was everything you could wish for.. The kitchen was very well equipped and the showers were to die for. There were plenty of mornings we had slept late because the beds were so comfortable. Its certainly a gem of a cottage that we were very lucky to find and we will certainly be returning

Every member of our family had a fantastic time the cottage was excellent, it had everything.. Very spacious. Our dogs had a great time too. Loads of places to go and pubs quite close if u decide to eat out. Beds are really comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would definitely return.

A real home from home.. Beautiful location with great access to local towns, villages and the coast. Very dog friendly cottage which was clean and warm and all the rooms were a really good size. We have stayed in plenty of holiday rentals but Little Argham Cottage was probably the best we have been too. Will we return in the future?......I certainly hope so. Thank you Rob and Carol.

Beautiful lovely sized cottage and done out to a very high standard . Just spent Christmas there with my family and their dogs . Everything you would need is provided with some extras as a welcome pack . We were welcomed and shown round , then left to our own devices . We certainly had the peace , quiet And relaxation we went for . Highly recommend for pets and if you want somewhere a bit more remote.

I took my mum and dad for a weeks holiday.. Lovely clean well appointed cottage. Carol and Rob are both very friendly and welcoming people. Carol and Rob realised my mum could not walk far and used a wheelchair and kindly lent us a shower chair during our stay. Really appreciated the little touches as well, fresh eggs, biscuits, tea, toffees and milk in the fridge. Hope to return for another stay in the future, Heather, Joyce and Dave.

Cottage was stunning, well equipped and very clean.. Little extra touches were appreciated i.e fresh eggs, fresh milk tea and coffee plus sweets for the kids, even dog treats . Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definetly recommend and will be using again in the future. Convenient location, quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of beaches, shops, historical buildings. Perfect for dogs with your own secure garden.

Very welcoming hosts.. Much larger property than expected with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including games, books, DVD player etc. Spotlessly clean cottage. The wood burning stove was a welcome addition as it was very cold when we visited. Great enclosed garden for the dog. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our family and friends. Unlike other so called dog friendly cottages this truly is. With supplies of dog poo bags, balls and towels. There was also a safe and secure garden. Cottage is very well equipped with lots of extras and enough room for our dog crate to keep our dog happy! Nice and warm as we had to put heating on to dry off. In a very quiet and peaceful location. Would highly recommend!!

Would like to see possible 2 double beds rather than one and 2 singles.. Also nets at doors so doors can be open to allow air to circulate without risk of things flying in.

We stayed for a short break which in peak season is naturally more expensive.. However cottage was perfect well situated for hunmanby pubs and a doorstep leg stretch for the dogs was on gand. Hosts lovely and very quiet relaxed and pretty setting.

The best equipped cottage we've ever been in.. Very friendly hosts. Very private and quiet location. Mobiles worked fine & wifi good.

Don't normally write reviews as most places have ratings that sum them up, but!! I'm not even back home from this stay and had to put up a review. From the moment we got here the owners were right on the ball,explaining everything we needed couldn't have been more helpful. Welcome pack of milk eggs etc thoughtful touch, was told the WiFi was a bit slow lol being the end of the long line from exchange, not a problem for 4 adults all on line 2 ipads a laptop and a kindle plus iphone at the same time. Don't worry about the caravan side as you'll never hear them. The garden will be a suntrap in the summer months. Scarborough about 30 minutes steady holiday drive filey/bridlington 15 mins pretty central then. Wife and mother in law would both have lived in the cottage as a home, don't need to say any more " home from home"

Was in a good location to reach different seaside towns each day with the children and the cottage had everything we could possibly need. Having two young children with us there was plenty to keep them entertained even if we had not brought anything for them (i.e. books, games, toys). No problem doing any cooking as everything was there that we needed. Excellent cottage, would recommend to family and friends.

We have just returned from a stay at Little Argham Cottage as part of our parents silver wedding celebrations and have had a wonderful weekend! Our party consisted of 6 adults and two dogs. The cottage was furnished to a very high standard and very well equipped. It's location was stunning, surrounded by fields and hedgerows. The owners went over an above to ensure we felt welcome, providing a welcome pack, lots of information about the surrounding area and even giving our parents a silver wedding card and a bottle of wine - a lovely gesture! We would not hesitate to recommend the cottage and would definitely return.

We stayed here for a week in December with our two dogs. Easily the best place we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of different types of pet friendly accommodation. The cottage was immaculate and the kitchen extremely well equipped with everything that you could possibly need even down to a dog bowl! The owners were very friendly and helpful and we certainly felt that our dogs were more than welcome which has not always been the case in other so called pet friendly accommodation. Eggs, milk and biscuits were in the kitchen on our arrival and plenty of information in the cottage for local shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage and would certainly stay there again. Thank you for a great week.
