Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, the village is centrally placed for access to the market towns of Beverley, Pocklington, and Driffield, all within a 13 mile radius. The Wolds Way is nearby and there is an abundance of pretty walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. Visit Market Weighton (10 miles) which holds a weekly farmers market, or the vibrant city of York with its ancient walls and Minster. For a day by the sea, the sandy beaches of the stunning Yorkshire coastline (20 miles) are well worth a visit. As you enter the property you will step into the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. Curl up in the lounge area and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has been stylishly designed with ease in mind and boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
