To the outside of the apartment is off road parking for 1 car and communal garden. Ocean Watch Apartment 1 being a short distance to the beach and town centre will suit couples and families. Note: Steps up to main entrance. Note: Patio door from bedroom 1 has access to the parking area. Please note: This property will have scaffolding to front of property and will be having building works and maintenance carried out. Please contact for further information. Greenhill is Weymouth notorious for it’s many pretty pastel beach huts, well maintained gardens and pebbly beach that at lower tides leads to sand. The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are a choice of beach side café’s to choose from as well as a pitch and putt and tennis. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.

We enjoyed our holiday at Ocean Watch 1.. The apartment is in a fantastic location and is nicely furnished. Unfortunately the cleaner was still at the property when we arrived just after 3pm and made a hasty exit. Once we’d unpacked the car and inspected the property, we found the kitchen, hallway and bathroom dirty. The kitchen counters, food cupboard and floor were covered with crumbs and there were numerous sticky spill stains on the floor which needed mopping. The bathroom ceiling was covered with dusty cobwebs and 3 resident spiders and the one soap dish available inside the shower got put our toiletries was filled with soap scum and water. We’ve enjoyed many years of holidaying through your company and this is the first time we’ve encountered such dirty accommodation. If it was simply a case that the cleaner had run out of time then we would have been more than happy to let her continue and make ourselves scarce for a while. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.
