The living space is open and light and benefits from being open plan to the kitchen and dining area making it a very sociable space to spend time in. From here the decked balcony is accessed which offers an extension to the inside entertaining area with dining and comfortable seating areas. Downstairs is a small and sheltered courtyard space with a Mediterranean feel.  With upside-down accommodation the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are tucked away off an inner hall, The master bedroom is a generous size with a curved wall ending further interest and it has an en suite shower room.
