WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 1 Rose Cottage is a charming base for a family break to Dorset. Area
The Domesday Book from 1086 has the earliest mention of the village of Shipton Gorge. Although there is no "gorge," the village is interesting and charming, with high banked alleys, gorgeous homes, and a strong sense of community. A network of public footpaths and bridleways, as well as several thatched homes, listed structures, a site of special scientific interest, two small woodlands, and other interesting features may all be found here. Due to its early 15th century church tower, 13th century font, and outside floodlighting throughout much of the year, it is a significant day and night landmark of the village.
