Sanfield House is a beautiful family home which is spacious and comfortable throughout. Just a few minutes downhill walk to the magnificent award winning beach resort of Woolacombe and a wide variety of village facilities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Sanfield offers three bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom. There is a welcoming hallway with utility room and spearate WC, the tiled kitchen area has everything you need to prepare those family meals. The dining area has a large table and charis and doors which lead out onto the decked balacony area with BBQ area, hot tub and wonderful sea views. The lounge area has comfy seating, feature fireplace and largeflat screen Smart TV, an adjoining conservatory area provides an additional space to read a book or enjoy an evening glass of wine. Outside there is secure storage for surfboards and cycles.
An ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday or for those wishing to enjoy more active pursuits there is an abundance of country and coastal footpaths and the Tarka Trail offering miles of foot and cycle paths. Exmoor National Park is just 30 minutes’ drive with a choice of picturesque coastal towns and villages as well as rural splendour all within easy reach.
