Yes! I wish to add something.. Firstly - Coast and Country are wonderful people in our experience of MANY MANY years.
When arriving and unpacking at the Penthouse - it was time for a well deserved cup of tea. And that's when we discovered the awful state of the saucepans. They were not dirty - but it the most distressed state. Goodness knows what previous guests had done to the. They in no way matched the high standard of the apartment. We photographed them and then reported them. On hearing our report a representative arrived, inspected and immediately replaced the the saucepans.. That was terrific service. However, In my opinion an inspection after each visit should have taken place and highlighted the problem.
My second issue is - after spending the most delightful week at the apartment we thought how wonderful it would be to extend our stay by three days. We checked on-line and discovered that the apartment was indeed free. However - speaking to Sykes was not satisfactory. Being told that we would - according to contactual terms - have to pay a full weeks rental for three extra days. The operator said that we'd have to contact the owner ourselves to change this. We did not know the owner - and the operator said Sykes or Coast and Country couldn't help any more. We were disappointed in that service.
