Ideally placed you can enjoy peaceful walks from the doorstep and you will be just a mile from the edge of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which offers river estuaries, rolling hills and thatched cottages surrounding the lovely old coastal towns of Brixham, Salcombe and Dartmouth where you can sample freshly caught seafood and browse the many independent shops, galleries and cafes.

Alternatively head north and within a mile you are in Dartmoor National Park, where unbeatable walking and cycling trails can be found combined with the backdrop of breath taking landscapes and wildlife.
