The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, and there is a bathroom with a bath, thermostatic shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and roadside parking available (spaces can be found outside or very near the property the majority of time - Brewery Lane is a quiet road with houses only one side.) Highchair, travel cot and stair gate available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Sidmouth is an elegant seaside resort on the south Devon stretch of Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site of great natural beauty. Here is where the River Sid cuts through the Devon hills to meet the sea at Lyme Bay, creating a clean pebbly beach, giving way to golden sands at low tide backed by dramatic red cliffs creating a safe family beach with rockpools and safe bathing. Sidmouth is lined with stylish Regency cream-and-white architecture, creating an elegant Esplanade which makes for a relaxing stroll whilst looking out towards Beer Head. Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium. There are a variety of attractions around Sidmouth including Pecorama with award-winning miniature railway and gardens, the Seaton tramway and the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve. Families will love the beaches, walkers will enjoy the South West coastal path and at the end of the day there are plenty of tea rooms, cafes and welcoming country inns to relax and refresh you.
