On the same level is a sitting room with wood burning stove and glazed doors to the garden, a kitchen and a dining room. Outside is an enclosed lawn garden with furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for three cars. Within walking distance of a lovely beach, Orchard View is an excellent base for a peaceful break in Devon.
