The characterful rooms offer a warm welcome after windswept walks along the Devon coast. And you can do plenty of those, as the nearest beaches are a ten-minute stroll away, and historic Dartmouth is also walkable from here. After kicking off your hiking shoes, settle in for a cosy evening by the fire or head into the garden for an alfresco dinner. Whatever the season, seaside getaways don’t get much better.

*While some of the bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a single bed. The single is on the smaller side, so only suitable for children.
*This home is set over multiple floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here. The garden also has quite a few steps, meaning this might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*While you can walk to nearby beaches and into Dartmouth, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available for up to five cars.
