Springside is a second-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a utility/cloakroom with washer/dryer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, and a twin, both with en-suites. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, and allocated parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property and sorry, no pets. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles and a pub in 2.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Springside is a wonderful base for a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: As expected in this more rural coastal location, there is no mobile phone signal available and WiFi is slower than usual; a landline has been provided for emergency calls only. Note: The next-door property is currently experiencing some work. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Please note: The owner cannot accept a booking that starts or ends on a Saturday.

With stunning scenery and some of the best opportunities to appreciate the untamed beauty of Exmoor's coast and landscape, Lynton and Lynmouth boast one of the loveliest and most unspoiled coastal settings in England. North Devon is a fascinating place to visit because of its rich heritage, cosy fireside pubs, delectable regional cuisine, and "green" credentials. Wild animals abound, including majestic red deer, the endangered Exmoor pony, unusual birds, and butterflies. Numerous outdoor activities are available, such as horseback riding, golf, strolling, surfing, and fly fishing on the lovely Lyn River.
