Facilities
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the entrance level of the property. The master suite comprises: King size bed, sofa, TV/DVD player, hairdryer and en-suite bathroom; bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin, heated towel rack and towels for two people.

Two further bedrooms: One with a king size bed; One with twin beds which can be made up as a super-king double on request.

All bedrooms equipped with luxurious high thread-count bed linen, and towels for two people per room.

A travel cot and bedding is also available and fits in all the rooms, though obviously most comfortably in the master suite.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, toilet, handbasin, heated towel rack is located off the hall.

Stairs lead up to the top floor where the open-plan kitchen-diner and living room is located and three small sea-view balconies, one with benches.

The living area includes a selection of seating including foot rests and a chaise longue
TV/ DVD player with numerous DVDs and access to Netflix
X-box 360 with two controllers and a number of games

A wide range of cookware, utensils, and tableware is provided, including stylish white crockery, glassware, and champagne flutes. For families, there is also a selection of child-friendly, non-breakable plates, bowls, and cutlery.

A welcome pack including tea and coffee, washing-up liquid, dish cloth & tea towel is provided, together with a couple of dishwasher tablets just to get you started.
A selection of Vertuo coffee pods is included - but if you have a favourite you may choose to bring your own.

Location
The twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth have welcomed visitors for centuries, thanks to their dramatic scenery and unique charm. Highlights include the iconic Victorian cliff railway, the spectacular Valley of the Rocks, and the riverside walks at Watersmeet—popular spots that draw visitors back year after year. Positioned on the South West Coast Path, Lynton provides an excellent base for exploring the landscapes and attractions of North Devon as well as a variety of cafés, pubs, and restaurants catering to a range of tastes and budgets.

Lynton and Lynmouth's shopping areas are refreshingly independent, free from national chains and fast-food outlets. Instead, the high street features art galleries, gift shops, and unique clothing boutiques.

Within a 30-minute drive, many of North Devon’s top attractions can be easily reached. These include the award-winning beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands, known for their golden sands and excellent surf.

Also nearby is Ilfracombe, a charming Edwardian resort with a scenic harbour and historic tunnel beaches, and Clovelly, a traditional fishing village where donkeys are still used to transport goods along its steep cobbled streets.
