Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV, and two TVs. Outside there is an enclosed decked area with furniture, a communal garden, communal indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a designated parking space for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a lovely base in Devon, book 1 Oakwood. Note: Children must be supervised at all times whilst using the swimming pool. Note: The communal indoor swimming pool is open all year round (except for three days at Christmas) and the outdoor swimming pool has seasonal opening so please bear this in mind when booking. The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
