Situated 10 miles from the Exmoor National Park, there is an array of walks to enjoy, wildlife to look out for including owls, hedgehogs, wild deer, and kingfishers, and the chance for stargazing with minimal light pollution.

Just 1 mile away is the village of Umberleigh where there s a lovely pub and a community shop which sells a range of produce. The regional towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are within 10 miles and have popular pannier markets.
