Area Ilfracombe is a bustling town with two beaches, situated on the North Devon coastline, a short drive from Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe has a harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops, and a day trip from the town to Lundy Island is essential. The villages of Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, and the town of Hartland, plus many walking routes are all close by. Ilfracombe is an ideal at any time of year.
Region Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Great Location and central to all the lovely places we wanted to visit in the week we were there.. Very friendly owners, we had a memorable BBQ in their lovely lawned back garden with far reaching views. Fab!!

A very cosy and warm accommodation with everything we needed.. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and we found it very clean and tidy.
The location was lovely and was really good for exploring as we were able to visit a few beautiful local beaches, towns and villages. There were also plenty of dog friendly pubs and cafes to choose from.

We had a lovely week at Hillymouth. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable self catering stay. We had a warm welcome on our arrival from Richenda and Kathy, who are both friendly and doggy mad hosts. The apartments are part of a lovely cottage with a shared garden that has stunning views of the surrounding countryside and distant views of the sea. The bedrooms are very roomy and have views of the sea in the distance which was an unexpected treat. We would definitely return.

The apartment was far too small for 6.. The living area is more suitable for 4 or even 2 to be totally comfortable and able to move around the space freely. Table in the kitchen made it impossible for us to use the area. Beautiful surroundings, including a good games room and enclosed garden. Good spot for visiting north Devon.

The owner at Lincombe House was just lovely and so very hospitable, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much of a problem. We were astounded by the beauty of the property and gardens and the generosity of the people that live there. The view was spectacular from the cottages and Ilfracombe is one of the most prettiest, quaint little places I have ever seen!

Fantastic holiday and really comfortable accommodation, with welcoming hosts. Location lovely, with stunning views over Devon. Beautiful large gardens, we would certainly recommend to friends, and would like to return.
