I just wanted to say thank you for our stay at Little silver leaf.
Unfortunately we felt we had to give a slightly mixed bit of feedback here.
We cannot fault the location and there is lots to like.
However we did feel very let down with the lack of a hot tub for over half of our stay and although we did use the owl hot tub once, we did find the little walk off putting.
I understand the issues you had obtaining a part but we felt this is something that could of been mentioned before our arrival and we would definitely of changed the date.
Having spent over £400 to stay here this was one of, if not the main feature so for us it was not value for money.
We also felt the hot water did not last very long at all in the shower. After 1 and a half showers, unfortunately it did not stay warm long enough for my partner to wash the conditioner out of her hair. Slightly annoying.
Finally, for someone who doesn't drink caffein but enjoys a coffee. I was surprised to see that there were no decaf coffee pods to use in your advertised coffee machine. Again, this is really disappointing.
We do feel really disappointed as we are local people who would make use of your facilties again. However we do feel let down.
I apologise to come across negative but I'm sure you take feedback seriously and are always looking to improve.
