Castle Hill Farm is a spacious cottage located in the village of Hemyock in Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; two king-size, and a double, along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. This property can accomodate children up to the age of 2 years or over the age of 10 years. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, and a lounge/diner, as well as a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for four cars, and a lawned garden with furniture. Note: This property allows infants up to the age of 2 and children over the age of 10 only.

Area
The village of Hemyock is situated adjacent to the parish church, a welcoming pub serving fine food and two shops with a small post office. Horse riding and fishing facilities are on hand, whilst the pretty town of Wellington, with its award winning park, lies just 5 miles away offering a wide variety of pubs, craft and gift shops. Dartmoor, Exmoor and the north and south Devon coastline are also close by.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Lovely warm welcome from Leslie and Simon, very comfortable spacious and clean property.. Ideally located for visiting either coast. Local pubs served excellent meals. Nothing to fault. Highly recommended.

A most enjoyable week spent in this lovely house and garden.. Relaxing and unwinding by day and stargazing by night. Birdlife amazing, over 30 types identified. Perfect base for exploring North and South coasts, Dartmoor and Exmoor. Many thanks to Simon and Lesley for making us so welcome and for their attention to detail, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Would thoroughly recommend the property and hosts. Look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Just got back from a lovely holiday,castle hill farm is a beautiful home everything is amazing from the spacious lounge/diner to the first class bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! ! and such a lovely quiet location surrounded by breath taking scenery. We would like to say what a wonderful cottage this is and it has everything you will need to make your stay perfect.. On arrival we were met by the owners Simon and Lesley who explained everything we needed to know about the cottage, they also left some nice surprises in the fridge.Simon and Lesley were not intrusive and left us to our own devices,but we're always available if required, they are very nice people and very approachable. The cottage is in a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Thanks for everything Steve,Val,Rob,Chris.

Our holiday home was fantastic, our hosts met us and ensured that absolutely everything was provided including a bottle of wine in the fridge and bubbles for the kids.. The house was perfect for us - comfy rooms and plenty of communal space to spend time together. A lovely holiday made even better by the location and hospitality we received.
