Down three steps is the open plan living area with seating area with multi-fuel stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and pretty lawn garden with pond, plus a smaller lawn with loungers. Just 200 yards from the village pub, Puffin Cottage is an excellent and peaceful base for an interesting holiday in Devon. This property sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Hawkchurch is a village in Devon, England, 3 miles north east of Axminster on the border of Devon and Dorset, and about 6 miles south of Somerset. It is 4 miles north of the tourist and fishing village of Lyme Regis.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
