Lovely period house.. ...sort of like a family home, comfy, lived-in aspect....you could slouch about with ease....lots of room for a group.....outstanding position on the lip of Dartmoor....lovely views....South Brent is a nice village....can recommend the Turtley Corn Mill restaurant

Had a really pleasant time at Garfield house which is big and roomy.. Bedrooms were good size and very comfortable. Surroundings are idyllic, we were looking for a quite family time away from the city and it met our expectations. The patron was welcoming and friendly. We would recommend this place highly.

Garfield House was beautiful.. It was so cozy and spacious at the same time. The house is well decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and lovely. This was the perfect place to celebrate new year with friends.
