Driftwood, a two-storey cottage, consists of an open-plan kitchen and living space with a dining table seating four, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, washing machine, instant hot tap, toaster, microwave, kettle, Smart TV and a separate utility room with a tumble dryer and an additional fridge freezer. The bedrooms consist of two king-size rooms, both with an en-suite bathroom, Smart Tv’s and serviced by an additional sitting area on the landing. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, and a visitor space, as well as a rear enclosed decking with furniture. WiFi, electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You’ll find a pub in 0.2 miles, beach in 0.6 miles and a shop in 0.8 miles. Driftwood makes an ideal base on the coast of Devon.

Area
A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.

Region
