2 Townstal is a lovely townhouse located in an elevated position in Dartmouth, South Devon overlooking the town. This property is a fantastic home perfect for families and friends, the living spaces are large and comfortable with a large corner sofa and a log burner (Guests will need to bring their own wood), cosy up in the evening and watch a funny film on the TV with a glass of wine. There is also a utility room to the side of the dining room and the kitchen which leads to the rear garden. The rear garden is beautiful and catches the sun all day, outside furniture is provided along with a charcoal barbeque (Guests will need to bring their own charcoal), and multiple levels for children to enjoy. Inside the property on the first floor is a cloakroom, family bathroom with bath and wall mounted thermostatic shower and hand basin and second w.c.. To the side and front of the house on the first floor is the twin room, looking out to the garden steps and then the master bedroom overlooking the road and other townhouses.
2 Townstal is roughly a 10 minute walk down the hill into the main town and it will take about 20 minutes to walk back up the hill to the house. he property is on a main bus route too if you didn't want to walk.
