Two bedrooms plus a third bedroom with en suite available on request for a supplement: 1 x Super king with en suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), and spacious separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated floor, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. 1 x twin room (which can be zipped together if requested to form a super King) Lounge/dining room, Study. Kitchen. Family bathroom with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated floor, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. Bathrooms are beautifully presented with fluffy towels and complimentary locally made soaps. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Area
Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
