Area
Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.

A Beautiful apartment with lovely views over the Dart, everything you could possibly need was provided.. A lovely touch was the cream tea left by the owners on our arrival. Weather not too kind but Dartmouth and surrounding places to visit are beautiful.

Wonderful apartment in Dartmouth and exactly as described with amazing views, only a short walk to the heart of Dartmouth.. Flowers, cream tea and two small bottles of wine greeted us on our arrival, very nice touch. If anything a slightly later time to drop off keys on leaving, 11am would be better than 10am but otherwise brilliant

Collecting the keys and parking pass was very easy from the kind and friendly office staff who gave us very easy to follow instructions to our holiday accommodation.. We walked into the apartment and it took our breath away. Even better than we had expected. Everything was thought about - so many lovely little touches to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. The Devon Cream Tea provided for us was a really kind thought- we thoroughly enjoyed that! When my husband pulled some stitches on his coat, I found the sewing kit - perfect. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Dartmouth is magical as a short break location.. The apartment was very central to pubs resraurant's .The apartment had a stunning view .The apartment was comfortabe well equipped and decorated very tastefully .The welcome pack was very thoughtful and we did enjoy the cake and the beautiful flowers .. We had a lovely couple of days there and plan to go back .
