Area Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. Enjoyable holiday but.. ......
All the lights in both bathrooms were not working
Glasses and crockery were considerable short of those listed in the inventory
The bed linen is really 'tired' and needs changing
The wardrobe doors do not close easily - mentioned this a tear ago
Some of the mugs had to be washed before they could be used
The floor mop was disgusting - gives us concerns about the general level of hygiene

A superb apartment with stunning views over the River Dart with the added advantage of being able to enjoy the facilities at the excellent hotel which were included.. If you wish to publish the above thats fine.
I made my comments known to the member of staff at the office regarding the tea pot and some crockery which could do with replacing. The radio did not appear to work. Minor issues but to keep it up to standard this could easily be dealt with at minimal cost.
