Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed, however fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile and a beach in 1.1 miles. Please note that the washing machine is in the ground-floor en-suite, the courtyard is accessed via this bedroom also. Due to the balcony on the first floor, children must be supervised at all times. 22 Above Town is a fantastic holiday home for a family break to Devon.

Area Dartmouth is in South Devon's South Hams, on the River Dart estuary. Dartmouth is one of Devon's most popular tourist sites, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty along the coast. It has a beautiful waterfront, tiny streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants, and art galleries, and many local events such as the Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. Dartmouth is home to the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail, and numerous calm country lanes. The Dartmouth Steam Railway to Paignton and a boat ride to Kingswear and Brixham are must-dos.
