There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living room/diner with a gas fire. Outside there is a balcony leading from the living area with seating, and a parking permit is provided for the Town Car Park. 2 York House is a wonderfully central base from which to enjoy the wonders of Dartmouth.
