Beyond Dartmoor, day trips to beaches in Cornwall and Devon offer a great alternative for a fun day-out. Entertainment: 32" TV with Freeview  For Families: Travel cot and High Chair (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). Other baby equipment is not provided.  Outside: On the upper level of the property is a balcony guests can access throughout their holiday. This looks out onto a wooded area and through the trees are sea glimpses. Towards the rear of the property is a garden, please be aware do not leave your children unattended due to the steps in the garden. Guests are welcome to purchase a disposable barbeque and use in the garden area during their stay. Please dispose of the disposable barbeque appropriately.  Parking: Space for 2 cars inside/outside the gated drive. General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).  Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Notes - Non-smoking property. WiFi Provided. Poor Mobile Phone Coverage.  Short Breaks - Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August.  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
