Owls Roost is a smart Devon cottage on a traditional Exmoor farm near the coastal village of Combe Martin. The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms over two levels. On the top floor is a sitting room with electric fire and a kitchen with dining area and balcony. Outside is a hot tub in an outbuilding and a lawn garden with furniture and barbecue. Just two miles from the village and three miles from the beach, Owls Roost is a friendly cottage for a relaxing Devon break.

Reverse level. Downstairs: 1 x king size double bedroom, 1 x twin, both with en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin. Utility room. 1 x upstairs king size double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC, basin. Upstairs sitting room with electric fire. Kitchen with dining area and balcony.

Area
At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well its own Dinosaur Park!

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating with electric fires. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, Off road parking for three cars. Barbecue, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Hot tub is available until 8pm or later by arrangement and is closed on Thursdays. Note: Electric vehicles cannot be charged at this property. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.

Stayed here for 4 nights, set in the middle of the countryside, we were the first guests to stay here once the covid restrictions were lifted. The place was sparkling clean and comfortable and being able to soak in the hot tub after a busy day was amazing. The location was perfect, very quiet, beautiful scenery. Just be careful of the roads, very narrow with some idiot drivers. Definitely want to stay again, Jayne was a lovely host.

A really excellent property, ideally positioned to explore North Devon.. The accommodation had everything that we needed - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, good TV and WiFi reception and the icing on the cake; a hot tub to relax in after a days walking.

Owls Roost is a beautifully clean & well presented holiday home.. Everything there that is needed and so peacefully quiet. Would thoroughly recommend it & hopefully will get back at some point. Easily accessible for Woolacombe & Ilfracombe. If you go into Coombe Martin & want lunch try the Pack of Cards. Excellent food, service & staff very friendly.

Perfect location, peaceful and surrounded by lovely countryside, just the odd wiff of a farmyard smell, but to be expected for a working farm, and a small price to pay for such a lovely place..

My wife and I have used the venue twice before, but our 4 guests hadn't and we all enjoyed the property and its facilities.. Everything was thought of and provided. We were very much left alone to enjoy our stay, but Jayne was very obliging when we needed help, and her family and staff were happy and amenable as we encountered them.

Very enjoyable holiday, lovely house, with tasteful furnishings, beds extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything you need.. Hot tub was an added bonus and enjoyed by everyone. The location was excellent for visiting places up and down the coast, views all around were stunning with plenty of walks close by.

Gorgeous house, perfectly located for the beaches of Woolacombe and other delights of north Devon. The house is immaculate and with all three bedrooms having ensuite facilities, perfect after a long day at the beach and getting ready for a relaxing evening.

In a well positioned part of Devon,close to many amenities,cottage is so well equipped and is very comfortable,excellent for families up to six people,each bedroom having its own en suite,nice garden if the you have the weather for it Nice pub restaurants nearby.

Excellent cottage, comfortable, cozy and very very well equipped. Highly recommended. Hot tub excellent, note it is closed from 8pm to 10am and closed on Thursday. You are a little in the middle of the country so you will need to use your car alot. We loved it.
