Sherway Dairy, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, DVDs, books, games, and dining table for two. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed with a TV and en-suite freestanding bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with gravel, furniture, and a hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Within 3.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, you will find a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape reality with a retreat to Sherway Dairy. Note: This property cannot accept pets due to having sheep on their farm. Note: The laundry room is shared between all three properties. Note: Entrance to property via steps, however there is also a flat level entrance at the back of the property.

Situated in the beautiful Culm Valley, surrounded by rolling Devon hills, Bradninch is a small thriving community, well known for its exciting music and arts events. Bradninch is home to a village shop and a traditional local pub, Ye Olde White Lion, where a warm welcome awaits and a lively atmosphere, real ales, home-cooked food and music nights are a certainty. Footpaths, fields and abundant natural wildlife characterise the surrounding landscape, several of the National Trust’s stately homes and gardens are within easy reach and Bradninch is only a short drive from the dramatic 20-mile stretch of the Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage Site. Resorts such as Seaton, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are found along this stretch of coastline, and all have plenty to occupy their visitors. An easy drive from Bradninch is the cathedral city of Exeter, with plenty of large shops, a wealth of museums, a theatre and many fabulous restaurants. Bradninch is also close to the rugged and unspoilt Exmoor National Park, as well as the tranquil and beautiful Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
