Apartment 27 is a stunning top floor beachside apartment situated 20 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the Devon coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps four people in two en suite bedrooms with sea views, a double and a twin. On the same level is an open plan living space with fantastic sea views, seating area, dining area, fitted kitchen and big glazed doors to a good sized balcony with outdoor furniture. Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is a Off road parking in a reserved parking space for one car. Positioned beside an excellent beach and with amazing views of the sea, beach and Burgh Island, Apartment 27 is a very special place for a Devon break on the coast.

Open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and glazed doors to balcony. Shared use of leisure facilities and restaurant/bar within the building.

Beautiful Bigbury-on-Sea is ideal for family holidays. Dusted with sand and lapped by shallow waters, the beach offers safe fun for children and adults alike.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Perfect location and property.. Only criticism (small one!) is total lack of shelving in the bathrooms for essential toiletries etc.

Beautiful apartment in a superb position.. Only slight drawback is how far away the nearest store is for milk etc, which we weren’t advised of.***Owners Response*** Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We were sorry to hear you were not aware that the local Hollywell Store is able to deliver provisions,milk and newspapers on request. We will double check our information folder on our next visit to ensure this information is available for all future guests.
