The popular sailing town of Instow is under 3 miles away by car and boasts a selection of small shops, an excellent mini supermarket, a superb riverfront hotel and a selection of pubs and restaurants. Across the estuary, picturesque Appledore (7 miles) is well worth a visit, while further along the coastline the bustling village of Westward Ho! (7 miles) is home to a vast stretch of sandy beach and range of amusements. Other local attractions include Tapeley House and Gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way (all within 14 miles). The fabulous surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within a 16 mile drive. Inside, this reverse level property boasts a spacious open plan living area on the first floor with high ceilings and exposed beams and brickwork. In the kitchen area, you will find an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and microwave, while the adjacent dining area seats all guests comfortably.
