The house is south facing and enjoys a high degree of privacy and is just within a mile off the coast and a two minute stroll from the coast path with its stunning vistas of the North Devon coastline.

Much to see and do nearby with a woodland walk right at your doorstep and the beach at Bucks Mills offering opportunities for prawning, fishing and rock pooling. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot there are also long, sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude.
