A ferry runs from Instow, taking passengers across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where visitors will find a number of bistros and a pretty quay where they can watch the fishermen return with the day s catch. This property is a 2minute drive from great SUP/Paddleboarding waters.
