The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one which comes with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom.. And a single bed .Outside, there is a gravelled area with furniture to the side of the property, along with off-road parking for six cars. Within 2.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.3 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£20 charge per week for 2nd dog). No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Bring your loved ones for a memorable escape to Valley Lodge. Note: There is an unfenced stream close to the property with a steep slope leading to the river, please make sure children and dogs are supervised at all times. Bampton is a delightfully tranquil Devon community located near to the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Batherm, a tributary of the River Exe. Bampton is known for its floral displays, pony fair, and folk festival. It also has a nice selection of businesses and magnificent Georgian cottages and homes. There are many country pursuits available in this rural area, including fishing in the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris through dramatic windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseback riding across the moor, and cycling along the Lowman Way. The nearby towns of Dulverton and Tiverton also provide plenty of amenities. The lovely North Devon coastline, which is farther away, offers wonderful walks, little coves, sandy beaches, and views of Wales. An excellent starting point for touring North Devon and the Exmoor National Park is Bampton.
