Nearby you will also find the market town of Chesterfield and the city of Sheffield.

The cottage was lovely and well situated for enjoyable days out.. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a home away from home. The owners are welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Lovely cottage in a great location.. Shopping for food was easy and plenty of other shops too. Easy to take the dogs out for their morning and evening walks as we were right next to the local dog walking area. The owners of the cottage were fantastic, welcoming, warm and extremely accommodating. I will most certainly go back again and I have already recommended this particular cottage to friends.

We had a very warm welcome from the owners, who were lovely and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.. We were comfortable there and stayed Over a month in total, the cottage is right in the heart of the village and couldn’t be more convenient. We also took the dog who soon settled in to this Cosy and comfortable cottage. Would recommend to anyone!
