Around the corner from the cottage, enjoy magnificent views across Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells where you can hire a boat to enjoy this wonderful area or take the steamer up to Bowness. Bowness on Windermere is just 8 miles away and provides a lovely day out with an abundance of bars, shops, and eateries, or head up to the picturesque village of Hawkshead which has charm and character throughout, along with many local shops and pubs and is located 9 miles from the property.
