4 Grasmere is a beautifully presented lodge is nestled in a Troutbeck Bridge holiday park on the banks of Lake Windermere. It boasts three bedrooms; a double and two twin, sleeping six in total. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a decking area with seating, as well as off-road parking. 4 Grasmere is a wonderful base for exploring the breath-taking Lake District with family and friends. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of GBP100.

Troutbeck Bridge lies between the famous towns of Windermere and Ambleside, within the Lake District National Park. It offers a local pub, serving real ales and fine food. Lake Windermere boasts a range of lakeside activities, including trips to the famous Aquarium and the renowned Grizedale Forest Park, whilst children will enjoy the World of Beatrix Potter in nearby Bowness.

The pass if for full access to the complex centre, which includes pool, entertainment and access to the bar and restaurant. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay.
