As a family we are hugely disappointed that our stay has been cancelled just a week before, due to a maintenance issue, that the owners are unable to fix in time. We now have no holiday let for our stay, due to it being for bank holiday weekend. Booked via Skye Holidays and also had issues with them regarding a refund. At first they stated they would only refund half of the holiday stay, even though they were the ones who had cancelled. I would just stay clear to avoid disappointment.
