The photos illustrate the damp which is in the bedroom of this property. The smell of damp really hits you as soon as you walk in the room, and as I was staying with an 11week old baby, was an issue.
It was such an issue that I left the rental a night early. Earlier that day, Sykes offered me a £75 refund. This was acceptable when I was still considering staying, but as I couldn't stand the damp and left a night early, think a nights full refund is more appropriate which they refused. Poor service!!
It's such a shame because all other elements of the property were excellent.
