Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
