The lounge is a lovely spot to relax in front of the Smart TV as you stay warm by the wood burner. Sit on the sofa and make use of the docking station to listen to your favourite tunes. Heading through to the stylish kitchen to find all you need to cook a meal. This room is equipped with a built in fan oven, four gas hobs, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a handy utility area beyond the kitchen with a washer/dryer. This leads to a shower room with WC. When it s time to rest your heads, climb stairs to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms. On your way up, find another shower room with WC on the landing with contemporary style and a large, walk in shower. Head up to the next landing where the master king size room has an ornamental fireplace and lots of storage. The double bedroom also has an ornamental fireplace and the final bedroom is a snug twin with views across to Skiddaw. Take a seat at the front of the property and enjoy a morning cup of tea or head to the enclosed patio area to the rear of the cottage. Here, there is a picnic bench where you can enjoy a drink and a treat. On street parking can be found near the cottage.
