A two-floor mid terrace. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with king size bed and TV, 1 x twin. First floor bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Ground floor sitting room with fireplace, TV, and DVD player. Fireplace and TV. Dining room with four seats, and extra armchair seating.

Had 4 nights in this beautiful, well equipped cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had every appliance you could wish for. Quality furniture throughout, amazingly comfortable double bed. Perfect break in the Lakes.. The booking with Sykes was simple and straight forward and we were kept up to date in the lead up to the holiday and received a lovely courtesy call on our first day. The cottage was cosy and modern with everything we needed. It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. We would definitely recommend Sykes and Raglan cottage to others.

Raglan cottage was absolutely perfect for our Christmas holiday at the lakes.. So comfortable and homely not to mention immaculately kept. Location is amazing too, a small quiet road which is literally 60 seconds walk from restaurants, bars, a cinema and all sorts of shops and only a few minutes walk to lake Windemere. We loved staying here and will be back soon!

The cottage is very well equipped.. comfortable and in a great location, the back yard is a nice little sun trap at varying times of the day and nice to sit out in with a glass of wine. the cottage is in the middle of town with easy access to all the attractions and is very quiet in the evenings making for a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds.

Arrived on a cold, dark night to a very welcoming cheery cottage with lights and heating on. Very cosy but spacious, lovely decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend. Bowness Centre just minutes away. Would recommend this beautiful cottage. We will definately be back.

just returned from a long weekend which we shared with friends, plenty of room for 2 couples. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and everything in a new condition. Ideally situated, just a short walk from the lake, bars and restaurants, bus stop at the end of the terrace to take you to Windermere, Ambleside, and Grasmere, Had a great time, will definitely book again.

My partner and I have stayed in this cottage twice now, once in March 2016 and March 2017 and have loved both stays. The cottage is perfectly located, just a short walk from Windermere Lake and Windermere Village, it is right in the centre of Bowness. There are lots of lovely restaurants and takeaways on the doorstep. There are also a few small supermarkets to buy food etc. The cottage is nicely presented and extremely clean, and even though it is in the middle of the village, it is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you would need to cook your own meals. The log fire in the living room is our favourite bit! It really does feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this cottage for families and couples. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not be more pleased. We had looked on the website so were more than aware of what we were booking. The cottage was well presented and in an excellent location. The master bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I would recommend this cottage and will definitely be booking again.

I booked this cottage for my mother and myself. I will say that if you are fully mobile, fit, do not suffer with dizziness, have good eyesight and are able to use steps with ease without initially having the need of a banister at the top then this place is lovely and l would recommend. If however you suffer from any of the above please be aware that the steps here are steep and somewhat narrow. There is a very narrow landing at the top of the stairs which leads to both bedrooms and the landing itself has steps to each bedroom, niether has a banister, which could be a hazard for some. The banister to the stairs on descending is placed too low and is therefore out of reach for an adult until you have already begun to descend 2-3 steps. A shame, we had to leave after one night and needed to pay for another property due to the owner and Lakelovers not offering any refund or reduced rate for our weeks stay. As l say though, this is a lovely cottage, well presented and furnished and close to the centre of Bowness, enjoy.
