The first storey bedrooms are both en-suite - the double bed with TV and a fabulous iron bedstead and the single room with a daybed. In the eaves are a further zip-to-link super king size/twin bedroom and period-style family bathroom. A light and lovely living room with open fire, dining area with log burning stove and fully equipped kitchen are all finished to the highest standard and there's a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The patio garden is a delightful sun trap ideal for dogs and children as it's fully enclosed. There's also off road parking for 2 cars. With all the delights of Windermere and the Lake District on the doorstep, Ingle Burrow offers first-class accommodation in the Lakes at any time of year.

Enclosed patio garden with furniture. Two dogs welcome. Public E V charging point, just opposite in Broad Street Car Park. Shops, restaurants and pubs 5 mins walk. Lake Windermere 20 minutes walk. My only little niggle as a clean freak would be to pay attention to minor things such as when I was laid in the bath I could see the shower screen was a little grim and one of the mattress was stained which we noticed as we like to strip the beds and clean as we are leaving out that is something maybe not everyone would notice but I’m particular about cleaning..

Fabulous home from home with every thing you could want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.. Position A ,2 minutes from Windermere Centre. Would definitely recommended this lovely place and would love to stay again .

A lovely property facilitates within the property first class from accommodation to salt and pepper .. Location great. We travelled by train , bus stops,shops all within a short walk. Local taxis first class as was all eateries,local tour companies . A most enjoyable break with stunning scenery.

The house is perfectly situated within strolling distance of Windermere’s amenities, with a park for the dogs directly opposite.. The instruction booklet was written in such a way that it made you feel comfortable from the off, especially with your Fur babies, rather than a list of rules and do’s and dont’s. Parking at the back is a big tight, especially if you have 2 larger cars and you have to be quick to secure a free space on the road out the front. If we were to re visit the lakes, we would definitely consider Ingle Burrow again.

The house has everything you need. Very well equiped to a very good standard. The rooms are lovely. The rear yard catches the afternoon sun , took our two vehicles and stil, had plenty of room for us to eat outside. The gated yard kept the dogs from roaming.. Everything in Windermere was within comfortable walking distance including the lake and Bo'ness. Some lovely eateries nearby.
